AI workflows for your existing software

The short answer

AI does not have to replace your package. The gain usually sits in the steps between: out of the mailbox, through the document, into the system. I work with the packages you already have, among them Microsoft 365, Exact Online and AFAS, and check what those can do themselves before adding anything. The work between your systems

Think of an invoice question in Outlook while the payment status is in Exact. Or an AFAS file whose supporting documents are in SharePoint. Someone still has to find, compare and explain those pieces. That is where we start.

What you receive

I map the task, build a workflow for the agreed sources and train the people who use it. The output includes source references, an approval step and a clear route for exceptions. We measure the work before and after delivery.

Already using built-in AI?

We first look at what your existing software already does itself. If the package handles the task, the advice says so and I do not build it. I only build what is left between your mailbox, a second system and the package. Package status as of 11 September 2026; I re-check this before every proposal.

AFAS Profit	Jonas fills workflow fields, reads receipts and purchase invoices and chats inside the workflow. No extra cost once your administrator switches it on. Microsoft 365	Copilot in Outlook sorts, flags and archives on command and summarises documents; internal agents in Copilot Studio are often covered by the licence. Copilot is usually a separate licence on top of Microsoft 365.	The route from Outlook to Exact or AFAS, amount checks by ordinary code, the exception queue and the final measurement.
Google Workspace	Gemini in Gmail and Docs; Workspace Studio extracts action items and invoice numbers from emails and attachments.	The same as for Microsoft 365, for businesses that work in Google.

Is the AI switch in your package already on? Then the diagnosis starts there. I do not build what Exact, AFAS, Copilot or Gemini already does.

Bring those systems to the diagnosis too. Start with the task that keeps recurring. We then investigate the available data and a suitable connection or export route.
