Information follows the work
A shutter enquiry becomes a draft quote using the available measurements, prices and customer agreements. Your approval leads to a proposed schedule. Confirmation and follow-up use the same agreements; you review what goes to the customer. Missing measurements or prices stop the workflow until the question is resolved.

This is a system configured for you, not a Tamboer software subscription. Licences and model usage you pay to the supplier directly; you see the cost up front. Data repair and work outside the agreed scope are listed separately in the proposal.

Implementation
From first version to handover in three weeks
Week one: knowledge base and first working process. Week two: the next agreed workflows. Week three: test exceptions, train and hand over. You review the first version and final delivery at agreed times.

You pay half at the start and half at delivery. You can stop after week one for €1,500 excluding VAT. Upgrade from One process with AI within 30 days and €1,500 is credited, leaving €3,000. Heavier integrations or AI that takes steps on its own are quoted separately. If it does not work as agreed, I fix it or you get your money back. The choice is yours. Above about thirty employees I make a tailored proposal.

From lunch enquiry to a workable proposal
At BON Catering, enquiries connect to menus, planning and suppliers. An employee checks capacity, content and pricing before the proposal goes to the customer.

Does this replace my existing software?
I start with what your existing software can already do. We agree integrations and access in advance.
Does AI decide independently?
AI prepares. An employee reviews and approves; missing information stops the workflow.
Can my team continue independently?
Yes. You receive documentation and training using your own work. Your accounts and data remain yours; what I configure specifically for you is yours once it is paid for.
What happens after delivery?
Questions stay free. Additional building and maintenance cost €125 per hour excluding VAT, with an agreed cap. Your team can maintain or stop the workflow.
Where should your business start?
You get an AI plan for every team, three tailored examples and a demonstration on your own work, within a week of our call. The plan sets out, for each team, who does what and which explanation or training goes with it. Free and useful without a purchase.
