How it runs in practice

A week of marketing from one finished bathroom

A tiler finishes a bathroom on a Monday. This is how that job becomes visible within a week, without him giving up an evening to write.

Incoming. He takes six photos and records a one-minute voice note in the van: what he did, what was tricky and that the customer was pleased with the walk-in shower.

AI prepares. AI turns the note into three drafts: a post for Instagram and Facebook, a short project page for the website and a paragraph for the November newsletter. The copy uses what he actually said.

You check. Two photos show the house number and a family picture. AI flags them and he picks the other four. The customer has not agreed to her name being used, so it stays out.

AI prepares. On Wednesday the customer leaves a five-star review. AI prepares a short thank-you. For ordinary positive reviews, the agreement is that it can be posted straight away.

You decide. On Thursday another customer gives two stars: the grout has discoloured after three weeks. AI does not post a reply to that one. It prepares the job file and a draft reply. The tiler phones the customer first.

AI prepares. On Friday AI sees in Search Console that people search for "walk-in shower installation", while the page says little about it. It suggests a new paragraph and a better title, ready in a CMS preview.

Where it stops. Without approval, the workflow publishes nothing that shows a customer name, a photo from inside a home or a promise about results. If consent is missing, the draft waits.

Useful across different kinds of work

A gardener describes the completed work. AI turns the note into a short post. The gardener checks the photo and customer reference.

A consultant often answers the same question. AI prepares a newsletter draft using that answer. The consultant checks the content and recipients before sending.

Questions about marketing

Will content from AI sound generic?

It does when AI starts from a blank page. Here every draft starts from your own work: a project note, a photo or an answer you gave. AI writes with your words and examples as its source. You read every draft before it goes online.

Can AI post replies to Google reviews by itself?

Only if we agree on it in advance, and only for ordinary positive reviews. A complaint or a review with a question always comes to you, with a draft reply and the job details attached.

How do I know whether the content pays off?

By measuring which posts lead to contact, not how much you publish. Each month AI lists those figures from your website and search statistics and suggests what to change.
