Good AI starts with context: what you sell, who your customers are, how you work and which agreements apply. I make your knowledge, agreements and way of working available for the tasks AI performs, so the work fits your business without explaining everything again.

How it runs in practice
An installation firm with three engineers handles servicing, breakdowns and heat pumps. This is a Tuesday morning when the schedule falls over.
Incoming. At 07:10 engineer Ruben calls in sick. He had three jobs: a service at 08:00, a breakdown at 10:30 and the handover of a heat pump at 13:00.
AI prepares. AI compares the other two engineers' calendars with travel times and the agreements for each job. Proposal: the breakdown goes to Fatma, who finishes nearby at 10:00. The service can move to Thursday. The handover cannot happen today, because only Ruben installed that heat pump.
AI prepares. According to the stock list, Fatma does not carry the part for that breakdown in her van. The proposal shows it as a conflict.
You decide. The planner decides: the breakdown goes to Fatma, collecting the part from the wholesaler on the way. The service moves to Thursday. The handover moves to Monday, with Ruben.
AI prepares. AI prepares three messages to the customers with the new times, and a job sheet for Fatma with the address, the fault report and the service history of the unit.
You check. The handover customer had taken a day off for it. The planner calls her personally. The other two messages go out after a check. Only then does the calendar change.
Where it stops. If no engineer has the right knowledge, or there is no slot within the agreed time frame, the proposal stops and the choice goes to the planner.
Two examples
A painter dictates observations after a visit. AI prepares a job sheet with open questions. The painter checks dimensions, surfaces and agreed work.
A small wholesaler receives an amended order by email. AI lists the changes. A staff member checks stock, delivery time and price before confirming.
No. AI makes a proposal: who can take over the job, what can move and where a conflict sits. The planner chooses. Only then does the calendar change and do the messages go to customers.
Yes. A voice note or photo becomes a draft job sheet with open points. The engineer or planner checks measurements, quantities and materials before the job sheet is released. A voice note is an observation, not a measurement.
AI places the change next to the original job and prepares an extra work proposal. You handle the price and the customer approval. Without that approval, the extra work does not go on the job sheet.
I connect these tasks to your business knowledge and other agreed workflows. Your team reviews and decides.
